PARENT/GUARDIANS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM. A FORM WILL BE SENT HOME WITH YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN BEFORE THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. THIS FORM WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED AND SENT BACK TO SCHOOL BEFORE THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. YOU CAN ALSO CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO REGISTER ONLINE.

This program is a partnership between the Kentucky Department of Education Office of Teaching and Learning and the Summer Food Service Program, designed to keep kids engaged and learning all summer long!
